• Lee’s Summit: At Lee’s Summit Medical Center in Medical Office Building 1 on the 2^nd floor in the pediatric specialty clinic
• Lansing: In the Eisenhower Medical Plaza building at Eisenhower Road and Progress Drive on the 2nd floor

We are affiliated with Overland Park Regional Medical Center and Lee’s Summit Medical Center, as well as the hospitals of HCA Midwest Health.
