William Beary, MD
Dr. William Beary obtained his medical degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center and completed his fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He is board-certified. Dr. Beary is a board-certified pulmonary and critical care specialist who has a strong academic background in addition to his patient care expertise. He served as an assistant professor of medicine and hospitalist at the University of Texas Medical Branch and taught general internal medicine and pulmonary and critical care. He is a member of the American Thoracic Society and the American College of Chest Physicians.

Thomas Beller, MD
Dr. Thomas A. Beller obtained his medical degree from and completed his residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center and completed his fellowship at the University of Arizona College of Medicine. He is board-certified. Dr. Beller is a board-certified pulmonary specialist with more than 30 years of experience. He is a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians, the American College of Physicians and the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians. Dr. Beller has been honored as an Arizona Lung Association fellow and a Parker B. Francis fellow and has served in leadership positions such as chair of Research Medical Center's Utilization Review and Medical Records Committee. He has also served as a clinical associate professor of medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Michael Chacey, MD
Michael D. Chacey, MD, is a board-certified pulmonology specialist who most recently completed his pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus. Dr. Chacey is the author of numerous articles, abstracts and presentations, and has been honored with several awards, including the University of Kansas Medical Center's Susan K. Pingleton Service Award. He was also a finalist for the Arnold P. Gould Humanism in Medicine Award. Dr. Chacey has donated substantially of his time and professional skills to organizations such as the JayDoc Free Clinic in Kansas City, Kan., and was the co-founder of the Fort Hays Chapter of the American Medical Student Association. Dr. Chacey received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Neeta Gaur, MD
Dr. Neeta Gaur obtained her medical degree from the Bangalore Medical College and completed her fellowship at the Brown University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Seton Hall University and is board-certified. Dr. Gaur has more than 10 years of experience. She is a member of the American Thoracic Society, the American College of Physicians and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Gaur has been active in clinical research and has published numerous abstracts and papers. She completed three fellowships, sleep medicine, critical care and pulmonary care.

Tannaz Montee, MD
Dr. Tannaz Montee obtained her medical degree from and completed her residency at the Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and completed her fellowship at Truman Medical Center and the University of Missouri, Kansas City. Dr. Montee is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine and sleep medicine. She is currently the pulmonary section chief at Research Medical Center and is the medical director of the sleep disorders center there. She is affiliated with the American College of Physicians, the American Thoracic Society and the American College of Chest Physicians.

Nichole VanDuyne, DO
Nichole D. VanDuyne, DO, is an experienced pulmonary care physician board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. She is also certified by both the Kansas and Missouri Boards of Healing Arts. Dr. VanDuyne is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, the American Thoracic Society and Society of Critical Care Medicine. She has been a very active community volunteer, donating both her time and medical expertise. Dr. VanDuyne completed medical school at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. During her residency at Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City, she received numerous awards. Dr. VanDuyne completed a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Michael Waxman, MD
Dr. Michael J. Waxman is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine. He is currently medical director of Research Medical Center's Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit. In addition to his work in critical care, Dr. Waxman also specializes in bronchoscopic interventional therapy. He is affiliated with the Society of Critical Care Medicine, the American Thoracic Society and the American College of Chest Physicians, among other professional organizations. Dr. Waxman served in the US Air Force at USAF Medical Center Scott, the pulmonary center of the Air Force, and a year on staff at Washington University. He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, where he also completed an internal medicine residency and a pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship.
