Prescription requests & refills

To request a prescription for the first time:

• You must be seen in person by one of our physicians.
• Appointments can be booked by phone at (913) 345-3650.

To request a prescription refill:

Contact your pharmacy to ask for a refill, and the pharmacy will then contact our practice. If you are out of refills and need to renew your prescription, you will need to schedule an appointment to be seen by one of our physicians.

Controlled substance prescriptions require an office visit.

Town Plaza Family Practice is part of the HCA Midwest Physicians network in Kansas City. We are affiliated with Menorah Medical Center as well as the hospitals of HCA Midwest Health.
