Kate Murray, ARNP, is a Nurse Practitioner with Midwest Heart & Vascular Specialists. She is affiliated with Overland Park Regional Medical Center and serves patients in Overland Park, KS and the surrounding communities. Kate has been in Cardiac Nursing for more than 10 years. She began her career as a registered nurse at the Nebraska Heart Hospital in Lincoln, Neb., and has been with Midwest Heart & Vascular Specialists in the nurse practitioner role since 2009. Kate provides patient care in the clinic and hospital setting. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, specializing in Adult Acute Health and Illness. Kate offers a broad experience which enables her to effectively understand and appropriately treat a range of cardiac conditions. She is the recipient of numerous academic and professional honors.
